You may request a return or exchange within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
✅ Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
- You received the wrong size and would like to exchange it
- The product arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item (not what you ordered)
📌 Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- Returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable
🚚 Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges
The delivery or shipping charges for sending a product back to us are paid by the customer.
